Support AI Literacy in Richmond

AI Ready RVA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Gifts are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.

Here is what your money does.

It keeps programming free for people who cannot pay. A significant share of the people in our rooms are teachers, nonprofit staff, job seekers, students, and small business owners. Private-market AI training costs thousands of dollars per seat. Ours does not, and donations are the reason.

It funds student programs. Our AI bootcamps put high school students through multi-week programs at no cost to their families. The delivery cost runs a few hundred dollars per student, covering instruction, materials, food, and space. That figure is one of the more useful things to know about us, because it makes the math of a gift concrete. A gift covers a specific number of students, not an abstraction.

It funds teacher training. Every teacher who goes through one of our summits carries what they learn into classrooms full of students, every year, for as long as they teach. It is the highest-leverage spending we do.

It funds the infrastructure that makes the rest possible. Staff time, venue costs, the platform that runs registration and learning resources, and the operations work that keeps a volunteer-heavy organization from depending on any one person.

We are direct about the ask because pretending otherwise wastes your time. We are a young organization doing work at a scale that outpaces our budget, and the gap is real.

Recurring monthly gifts are the most useful form of support, because they let us commit to programming a year out instead of quarter to quarter. One-time gifts matter too.

Corporate giving, sponsorship, and multi-year commitments are handled separately. If your organization is considering something at that level, contact us directly rather than using the form below.

All donations are processed securely and you will receive a receipt for your records.
